CONDICIONES ESPECIALES PROMOCIÓN DÍA DEL PADRE

La promoción durará del martes 12/03 al viernes 15/03 a las 23.59 h. Todos los pedidos deben estar correctamente procesados y pagados antes de esa fecha.

La promoción incluye lo siguiente, sin necesidad de aplicar ningún código:

  • 20% de descuento en los kits de impresión de fotos Kimidori Print. IMPORTANTE, las fotos deben subirse antes de que concluya el mes de Marzo. Si tu pedido contiene productos y un set de impresión de fotos, no enviaremos el pedido hasta que no subas las fotos y las podramos imprimir. Si el pedido lo realizas bajo la modalidad de "unión de pedidos", no enviaremos todos tus pedidos de unión hasta que no hayas subido las fotos y podamos enviar todos los pedidos de unión juntos.

  • Envío gratis en península en pedidos superiores a 40€ IVA inc. (fuera de península se descontará 1,99 € del total del pedido). Ten en cuenta que el descuento se desglosa antes de impuestos, por lo que en el resumen del carrito aparecerá descontado 1,64€.

 

NO GARANTIZAMOS LOS PLAZOS DE PREPARACIÓN Y ENTREGA DE PEDIDOS. 

Debido al gran volumen y a la acumulación de pedidos como consecuencia de la promoción, estos pueden sufrir un retraso en su preparación de varios días (pudiendo ser de incluso una semana). Si te llega un mail de confirmación de pedido y te aparece en el historial de pedidos, el pedido está confirmado. Que no tengas noticias de él en varios días no significa que haya ningún problema con él, simplemente está en cola de preparación. Se irán preparando por orden de entrada. Una vez lo preparemos y enviemos, recibirás un email avisándote de ello. No obstante, por supuesto, trabajaremos lo más deprisa posible para que recibas tu pedido cuanto antes. 

No se garantizan los plazos de entrega de MRW ni de ninguna mensajería, pudiendo sufrir varios días de retraso desde que el pedido sale de nuestras instalaciones.

NOTA IMPORTANTE: No podrán hacerse modificaciones en pedidos ya realizados. Una vez que pongamos el pedido en preparación, tampoco podremos cancelarlo. Así que revisa muy bien tu carrito antes de validar el pedido. 

Si por algún error de stock, alguno de los productos de tu pedido no estuviera disponible para enviártelo, te notificaremos mediante un email, así que ¡revisa tu correo! Puede darse además el caso de que varias personas tengáis la última unidad de un producto en la cesta y le deis a validar el pedido prácticamente al mismo tiempo. En ese caso, la primera persona que valida el pago es a la que le corresponde el stock. Te notificaremos también por email si pasa con algún producto de tu pedido para que podamos solucionarlo.

The JANUARY SALE is on from Friday 5th January until midnight on Wednesday 31st January

You will find discounts on almost all the items on our website, ranging from 5% to 75%.

All orders must be validated and paid for within this period. If you confirm the order before midnight on the last day of the sale but the payment is completed after this time, the promotion will not be valid. We recommend leaving plenty of time to complete your order as the last few minutes of the offer is when there is usually a web overload due to the number of people trying to pay, and it is possible that the web works slower than usual. After 11:59 pm no promotion cannot be applied.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE PREPARATION AND DELIVERY TIMES OF ORDERS

Due to the large volume and backlog of orders as a result of the promotion, orders may be delayed by several days (up to a week).   If you receive an order confirmation email and it appears in your order history, the order is confirmed. If you have not heard from us in a few days, it does not mean that there is a problem with your order, it simply means that it is in the preparation queue Orders will be prepared in the order we receive them. Once we have prepared and shipped them, you will receive an email letting you know. As always, we will work as quickly as possible to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.

Delivery times from any courier service are not guaranteed and may be delayed for several days after the order has left our facilities.

PLEASE NOTE Changes cannot be made to orders once they have been placed, nor can we cancel your order once it is being prepared.  Please make sure to check your cart before completing your order.

Product units are limited. So, take advantage of the offers to not miss out on the products you really want! Having a product in your cart does not reserve it for you, so if someone else purchases the last unit before you finalise your order, it will appear out of stock in your shopping cart.

If, due to a stock error, any of the products in your order are not available to be sent to you, we will notify you by email, so make sure to check your emails!  It may also happen that several people have the last unit of a product in the cart and you confirm your order at almost the same time.  In this case, the first person to confirm the payment is the one who is entitled to the stock We will also notify you by email if this happens with any product in your order so that we can solve it.

This type of promotion cannot be combined with any other special discount.

During these days we may not be available to answer the phone as often. Don't worry if there are any problems with your order, we'll be able to sort it out for you immediately. We will also not be able to respond to comments on social media as often.  If you have any problems, please send us an email. Private messages on Instagram cannot be looked at on a daily basis.

*Some of the special tools and machines, books, and brands that do not allow discounts on their products are excluded from the promotion, as well as products already discounted and the latest collections, which may have a lower discount or no discount at all. Some products and brands do not benefit from the promotion of the entire website. Likewise, even if we advertise a generic discount on a brand or range of products, some products within that brand or range may have a different discount. Keep in mind that during the promotion, some products may lower even further in price as the campaign progresses, as in any kind of sale.

It is possible that, due to caching and the price change process both at the beginning and at the end of the sales, you will see a different price on the product page and in the shopping cart. The correct price will always be the one you see in your shopping cart.
